Staying on track  can be a little tricky sometimes when it comes to the sustanablity of a new eating /diet lift style. 5. Excerise:  Find a fitness program , or class that you love and can see your self doing. The most important thing here is that you are moving and getting your heart rate up. which lead to happy feelings. a win win . Its doesn't have to take an hour an day it can be 10 -20 mins .
